Healthy Lasagna


Healthy Lasagna- My Version Of

Whole Wheat Lasagna Noodles
8oz lean ground turkey
2 cups broccoli
16oz lowfat ricotta
4oz lowfat mozzarella cheese
1 cup of Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup of Pasta sauce
2 egg whites


You Don't need to do Double/Triple Layered Lasagna! Keep it simple...it's just as filling and just as tasty and actually takes less time to bake!

Mix the ricotta/cheese/1/2 cup parm cheese/egg whites together
Partially cook your noodles in boiling water

•Layer up as follows
-sauce
-noodle
-sauce
-turkey
-broccoli
-ricotta
-noodle
-sauce
-sprinkle parm cheese on top

Bake at 350 for about 30min or less in 9x11 pan and cut into 12 servings.
