GREAT MIX OF COMPLEX CARBS & PROTEIN - BOOM!!
Mix these dry ingredients
*4 cup of quick rolled oats
*2 tblsp of flaxseed meal
*1 tblsp of cinnamon
*1/2 cup dry protein powder (I use Jillian Triple Chocolate Shake Whey-so OMG!!)
Add these wet ingredients
Mix these dry ingredients

Add these wet ingredients
*4 tblsp of all natural peanut butter
*1/4 cup of all natural unsweetened applesauce
*1/4 cup of Agave
*1/4 cup of honey
Optional adds:
nuts, chia, dried fruit
nuts, chia, dried fruit
press into a lightly greased 9x13
I find the back of spoon to work best for smoothing it out!
Bake at 350 degrees for 15min till harder
Toss dark chocolate chips in or onto your Boom Boom Bars for Some Extra Sweetness (oh c'mon Flavenoids and anti-oxidants are good for us ;-)
Let cool.
slice and serve!
