Clean and Healthy Gluten Free Peanut Butter Banana Nut Muffins



A Healthy Breakfast or Treat! 

 
Ingredient List

5 Medium Sized Bananas
1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce 
1 cup all natural peanut butter
3 eggs
1 1/3 cup Rice flour 
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon 
1/2 cup chopped walnuts 


Mash Banana, add Peanut Butter, beat in eggs, add applesauce
Add cinnamon, baking soda & rice flour 
Next stir in walnuts

Spread into greased baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for 15
minutes or till center pulls out dry. 
Cooking times vary based on size of muffin pan. You can also spread this batter into a greased 9x11 pan.
