Go Cleaner & Healthier!

My Ingredient List

1 Cup Coconut Oil
1/2 Cup Corn Syrup
2 Cups brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup nuts
12- cups of air popped popcorn

In medium size sauce pan add the coconut oil, warm to liquid. Add 2 cups of brown sugar and dissolve, then add corn syrup and let it boil till sugar is dissolved.

If you are health conscious like me you would use air popped popcorn (Microwave popcorn is your option you might need like 3 bags for this mixture amount) Separate the un-popped kernels from your popcorn. Now and add your sugar mixture to the popcorn, little at a time.

Once you have your popcorn covered in the sugar coating, spread onto a baking sheet and toss and lightly bake for up to 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Don't let it burn, but it's to harden the sugar and bake the sugar onto the popcorn so your crunch and munch is actually Munchy ;-)
