Nautillus Routine-
65lb Quad leg lift x10
35 lbs Quad lift each leg x 20
160lb leg press x10
160lb leg press with calves x 10
95lbs adductor x10
150lbs abductor x 10
95lb Arm Pulldowns x15
65lb Arm Crunch x 25
80lbs Obliques each side x10
Weight Room
20lb arm curl routine with 7 different styles of lifting x 3 sets of 10 reps each arm
RunnerBoy brought me down the Tricep Pulldown and put me on 80lbs for 3 sets of 12 and the last few were TOUGH and he helped me push down the last few....talk about BURN!
Then I did assisted pullups x10
Food In today for me:
Breakfast:
1 whole wheat wrap - 140cals
1 slice of 2% American cheese - 35
1/2 cup egg whites- 60
Broccoli spear- 5
Coffee: 35
Run/Weights
Lunch:
1 slice of rye- 100
1tblsp of lowfat mayo- 35
1/2 can of salmon- 30
Spinach leaves- 5
Dinner:
Eggplant slices-100
Garlic Toast- 100
1/4 cup soup- 140
whole wheat crackers (5)- 70
Turkey Keilbasa- 120
Whole Grain Perogies - 280
Coffee- 70
