5 Sleeps and made this a rest day. After a fast 5k yesterday it made the most sense. My legs and everything felt just heavy and tired when I woke up.
No pain anywhere.

1/2 cup egg whites
1 turkey patty
2 slices of turkey bacon
100 calorie english muffin
coffee
slice of wheat
tblsp of pb
tsp of jam
banana
Dinner:
Naan flatbread (1/2 one)
tblsp of organic BBQ sauce
ground turkey 2oz
portabello mushroom
****this was an amazing flatbread pizza I made....so yum!!!)
1/2 cup of grapes
5 cracker sandwiches (sharp cheese, turkey pepperoni, whole wheat crackers)
Snack- Organic Blue Corn Tortilla chips with Flax and all natural salsa
