CrossTrain+Run

30 Minutes on the Elliptical for 5.10 miles

20 Minutes on the Stair Climber for 2.15 miles or 103 flights

6 Mile Run in 53min and some change for pace 8:56 per mile


Breakfast:
egg over slice of whole wheat

GU after crosstrain before Run

Lunch:
1/4 cup of Quinoa soup (hhhmm, loved this!!)
2 slice of whole wheat
tblsp of whipped healthy spread
slice of 2% cheese
2 slices of tomato to go in grilled cheese

Coffee

Dinner: Marinated Chicken, Cauliflower&Broccoli

Snack: Home-Made Peanut Butter Cookies!!
