That's what I told myself today on my Kick-Ass Work-out.
1 Mile tempo warm up run (9:15 pace)
15 lb arm curl burnout (15min)
1 mile Hill run (9:15 pace) 1/4 mile at 3%, 1/4 mile at 4%, 1/4 mile at 5.5%, 1/4 mile at 6.5% WOW...........DIG!
55 lb ab crunch for 3min...burn-out
20 lb arm curl burnout
1 mile steady flat (8:30 pace)
80 lb Oblique strength train x15 on each side
20 lb arm curl burnout
1 mile steady flat (7:31 pace)
1 mile hill (9min pace) 3/4/5/8% incline for each 1/4 mile split ...the last quarter mile was HARD at that incline so I slowed my pace to 10:30 mile there was no way I could climb that any faster after all I did today!
:) Take that Weight Loss Plateau!
